Medical Device Manufacturer MMQCI is seeking a Production Fill Assistant to support the manufacture of products for clinical laboratory customers. This role involves tasks such as staging and preparing materials, assisting with product filling, labeling, and kitting to maintain accurate inventory.
The position requires working in a cleanroom environment with full gowning and aseptic techniques. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and adherence to Quality System procedures are essential to ensure accuracy and product integrity.

markets unique quality control products used by hospital laboratories to monitor the accuracy of tests for inherited disease, pharmacogenetics, oncology, and infectious diseases. Medical Device Manufacturer MMQCI is seeking a Production Fill Assistant to support the manufacture of products for clinical laboratory customers. This role involves tasks such as staging and preparing materials, assisting with product filling, labeling, and kitting to maintain accurate inventory.
The position requires working in a cleanroom environment with full gowning and aseptic techniques. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and adherence to Quality System procedures are essential to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
What You Will Get to Do:
- Assemble tubes, bottles, and caps in a laminar flow environment
- Precisely apply labels to tubes, bottles, and kit boxes
- Perform product kitting by placing tubes or bottles into kit boxes while maintaining proper temperature
- Follow SOP’s and document all work per cGMP and MMQCI Quality System requirements
- Perform various tasks to support product filling, inventory supplies, moving inventory
- Routine cleaning of work areas and proper use of PPE
- Training on applicable equipment and processes provided
- Highschool diploma required, an A.S or a B.A./B.S. is a plus
- Work experience in biotechnology, preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a clean room with appropriate gowning
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and fine motor skills
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
